Cut out the Whimsy Circle on your top layer then adhere a piece of DSP behind the cutout so it shows through. Then put the diecut back into the cut out area. You can stack 3 of the Whimsy Circle diecuts and adhere them together to give it a bolder look. Background papers are from Blanc Boutique paperpack at Hobby Lobby. "Love" paper is from JoAnn Fabric.
For the above card, I just laid the vellum rosette on top of a Whimsy Circle die cut to let the edges of it show behind the rosette. You can click on any of the above images to make them larger.
