At first this card was going to be a butterfly spinner card with a butterfly suspended in the middle of the window but then I remembered I had seed beads in the same colors as I used to ink the butterfly so I went with a shaker card instead.
Most shaker cards have just one sheet of transparency to them; the front side, obviously, so you can see into the card. But mine also has a transparent back to the shaker part so the seed beads are held in between two pieces of transparency to make the butterfly look as though it might actually be flying.

The secret to making a shaker card where the beads or sequins don't stick to your mounting foam is to brush on some baby powder to the sides of the foam before taking off the backing paper.
