A Tree of Life



Now that it's 2017, one of my New Year's resolutions is to spend more time with my family.

The tree in this card represents my family; my parents, sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews.  Normally, visiting family sounds easy, but in my case, my family is spread all over the U.S.   This year I want to turn a new leaf and visit my family in person, not just staying in touch online.

I also used the Family Tree die for some scrapbook pages of my nephew, Ronan:



As you can see, you can use this tree for all seasons just by changing the color of the leaves.

  2. Beautiful and that is a great resolution to have too, family is so important and it is so hard to be so far away from them, love that framing and the colors in the leaves. Your layout of your nephew is just the cutest and very creative using the branches for leaves you would have never known, great ways to get more uses out of one die!!
