I found these Memory Box Open Studio Distressed Windham Collage dies difficult to use on a card in the sense that I wanted two for corners but then didn't know what to place in the center of the card. I decided to use the Sue Wilson Californian Collection Hollywood and put an Exquisite Poppy from the Sue Wilson Collection in the center of it.
The fun part of this card was making the poppy. I cut two of the largest die in the set (but should have cut 3), and two of the next size smaller. I saw a video where if you wet the petals and roll them tightly, let them dry partially and then unroll them, they will have all the roll lines dried into them. This worked wonderfully; I really liked how the petals turned out:
Wet the petals and roll them tightly, unroll once they are partially dry but not all the way.
Stack the petals, adhering them alternately so the petals are staggered.
Fill with a poppy center from the same die set.
