A+ Teacher

It's almost back to school time here in Maryland; school starts after Labor Day this year as set by the governor so kids aren't sitting in classrooms without air conditioning in the end of August.

I used to enjoy making gifts for the kids in my Pre-K classes over the years, seeing their faces light up when receiving a photo album loaded with photos of themselves and their classmates.  I also remember how special it made me feel when a parent would give me a card or gift thanking me for being their child's teacher.

Today's card is an ATC (Artist Trading Card measuring 2.5' x 3.5") made to look like a chalkboard.  I used the "A+ Teacher" words from the Frantic Stamper Teacher's Apple die set:

The apple from the Teacher's Apple die set was too big to fit on my ATC so I used the Impression Obsession Bushel of Apples on my card instead.  Afterall, a teacher is worth more than one apple, right?

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by ~ Ann
