Butterfly Greek Mythology

Monday's challenge at Simon Says Stamp is to create a card based on mythology.   The Greeks believed that a new human sole was born each time an adult butterfly emerged from its cocoon.   Wednesday's  challenge is to add texture to the card (the strips of black paper with glittered dots and manually cutting the butterflies and adding them with 3D foam).

Products used:  Hero Arts Traditional Butterfly, distress markers, Impression Obsession French Text background (stamped both vertically and horizontally), Rubbernecker Stamp

  2. This is such a beautiful card and I love how you tied it into our theme! I enjoy mythology and really liked your take on butterflies. I thought it was so clever of you to combine those graphic straight lines with the elegant butterflies and those delicate dots tie everything together. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
